  • Investing to stabilise bed capacity to improve patient flow across the state, with 515 beds across the Queensland Health system.

  • Constructing a new acute clinical services building on the existing site as part of the Ipswich Hospital Expansion (Stage 2), with 200 new overnight beds, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.

  • Delivering the legislated but previously unfunded midwife to patient ratios across the state.

  • Delivering more health workers for Scenic Rim, with additional funding in 2025–26 to grow the workforce to 17,779 (FTE) across Metro South Hospital and Health Service.

  • Building an off-road car park, upgrading public toilets, and constructing new pedestrian crossings and footpaths to improve access and safety at Tamborine Mountain Gallery Walk.

  • Expanding and improving social and community housing within the Scenic Rim region, working towards the delivery of 53,500 social and community homes by 2044.

  • Upgrading Biddaddaba Road.

  • Installing lighting at Kalbar Showgrounds.

  • Putting the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games back on track with a plan to deliver what’s needed for Queensland’s future, with transport and infrastructure, tourism and grassroots sporting facilities across the state.

  • Delivering inclusive change facilities at Coronation Park (Boonah) and Selwyn Park (Beaudesert), featuring showers, toilets, and benches, as part of the South East Queensland City Deal in partnership with the Australian Government and the Scenic Rim Regional Council.

  • Supporting Destination 2045: Delivering Queensland’s Tourism Future, including funding for aviation attraction, event attraction, and new product development across the state.
