  • Delivering a new Ambulance Station in Beenleigh.

  • Delivering the Logan Hospital expansion with 112 new overnight beds, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.

  • Delivering more than 2,600 extra beds across the state including 3 new hospitals and 10 hospital expansions and more regional health services.

  • Delivering additional car parking spaces for patients, carers, visitors and staff at the Logan Hospital, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.

  • Delivering additional beds and bed alternatives with targeted refurbishment of key locations.

  • Delivering a new clinical services building with 112 new beds for additional surgical capacity, acute care, and support services, as part of the Hospital Rescue Plan.

  • Delivering more health workers for Logan, with additional funding in 2025–26 to grow the workforce to 17,779 (FTE) across Metro South Hospital and Health Service.

  • Delivering health services when you need them with more paramedics and initiatives to reduce ambulance ramping below 30 per cent by 2028.

  • Establishing a 24/7 operational ambulance service facility, including a replacement modern ambulance station with office space.

  • Delivering more elective surgeries across Queensland by partnering with the private sector through the Surgery Connect Program to reduce waitlists and ensure patients are seen sooner.

  • Delivering upgrades to the car park at Underwood Park.

  • Upgrading Phoenix Ensemble Inc. with structural floor improvements, brand-new seating, and fresh carpeting.

  • Delivering cost of living relief by abolishing stamp duty on all new homes across the state for first home buyers.

  • Delivering cost of living relief through the Back to School Boost program with $100 for every Queensland primary school child across the state, to cover the cost of school essentials every year.

  • Reducing the deposit gap for first home buyers in Queensland so they can enter the property market sooner.

  • Delivering $24 million to continue the joint taskforce to oversee fire ant suppression activities, including in Logan, by local governments, industry and the Queensland Government.

  • Delivering cost of living relief for first home buyers across the state by extending the First Home Owner Grant to $30,000 for 12 months.

  • Delivering housing and homelessness services to vulnerable Queenslanders to assist them secure long-term housing and access other specialist support services through funding and partnerships with Specialist Homelessness Services.

  • Getting on with the job of unlocking faster rail and additional train services to and from the Gold Coast.

  • Supporting the Logan East Community Neighbourhood Centre to deliver their Community Connect Program.

  • Expanding and improving social and community housing within the Logan region, working towards the delivery of 53,500 social and community homes by 2044.

  • Delivering one million homes across Queensland by 2044, as part of the Securing Our Housing Foundations plan.

  • Undertaking pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing works on Magnesium Drive in Crestmead to improve road condition and longevity.

  • Delivering more affordable and accessible sport for all Queensland kids with $200 Play On! voucher program to help reduce the cost of participation.

  • Boosting the construction of essential housing infrastructure such as water supply, sewerage, stormwater, power supply, and roads to unlock land for new homes across the state.
